Our Story

OM ANANTAM FOUNDATION was established in Pune, Maharashtra, to serve humanity through compassionate action. Driven by selfless seva, we bring together medical support, urgent humanitarian relief and spiritual journeys for elders and seekers. What began as a small circle of volunteers with a shared belief — that compassion must become action — has grown into a registered charitable effort serving families who cannot afford critical care or the pilgrimage of a lifetime.

What we do

Our work addresses three urgent needs. We restore sight by facilitating free cataract operations for people who would otherwise remain needlessly blind. We strengthen emergency healthcare by organising voluntary blood donation camps with accredited blood banks. And we make sacred journeys possible for devotees and senior citizens who have the faith but not the means.

How we work

Every initiative is delivered with a local partner — hospitals, blood banks, travel coordinators and volunteers. Beneficiaries are identified through community referrals, verified with basic documents, and supported end to end: from examination and surgery to post-operative medicines, and from registration to boarding the bus. Records, receipts and utilisation notes are maintained so that every rupee can be traced.

Transparency & accountability

Donations receive an instant computer-generated 80G receipt, and every contribution is reflected in the campaign's progress on this website. The foundation's registration, PAN and 80G approval details appear in the registration block beside this text and on the donation information page.
