Depending upon the service used, information may include:
A. Personal information

- Mobile/telephone number;

- Age/date of birth, where required for a particular activity;
- Gender, where relevant to the activity;
- Emergency contact details, where required;
- Identification details where legally or operationally necessary;
- Any other information voluntarily submitted by you.
B. Donation and payment information
For donations, we may collect information such as:
- Donor name;
- Donation amount;
- Date and time of donation;
- Transaction/reference number;
- Payment mode;
- PAN or other tax-related information where required;
- Billing/contact information.
Important: Payment card, UPI, net-banking or other sensitive payment credentials may be processed directly by our authorised payment gateway/service provider. OM ANANTAM FOUNDATION does not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or other authentication credentials on its own servers.
C. Spiritual Trip / pilgrimage information
Where required for a Spiritual Trip or pilgrimage activity, we may collect:
- Name of participant;
- Number of persons travelling;
- Age;
- Mobile number;
- Emergency contact details;
- Trip/activity selected;
- Donation/contribution amount;
- Payment details/reference;
- Identification information where reasonably necessary for registration, travel, accommodation, government requirements or safety.
Where Aadhaar or any other government identification is requested, it shall be collected only where reasonably necessary and handled with appropriate security and access controls. Such information should not be publicly displayed. On this website an identity number is stored encrypted, shown only in masked form (XXXX-XXXX-1234), and is never printed on a receipt, confirmation slip, email or SMS, and never encoded into a QR code.
